Don’t stay in this hotel !! I’m from USA and this hotell has no resorts amenities . The beach is1 mile away from hotel , when you get to the beach you have to find the spot for the chairs and umbrella . We were 3 people and they only gave us 2 chairs !!! I had to grab a chair myself because they refused to provide 3 . We decided to go back to the hotel to enjoy the pool since the beach was not that great . To our surprise we couldn’t stay in the pool area because they closed when they have a wedding or a venue (it was 1 pm in the afternoon) . After all this inconvenience I decided to check out on day earlier . The staff gave me a hard time a the beginning they refused to refund part of my stay . I told them that they gave false advertisement on Expedia , they advertise like a full resort hotel and that’s not even close to what a RESORT it’s ! After a while they realized my point : NO BEACH , NO POOL TO ENJOY what was the purpose of staying there ??? They gave me some money back not all but I was happy anyways I just want it to get Out if there ASAP . Also the town near by has nothing to offer so honestly not worth your trip,
The pool was wonderful along with the beach. Few staff spoke English - Christina was very helpful. The female manager gave us a very bad impression when she told our children off at arrival (we had had a 10 hour journey) for laughing and messing about. It was really unnecessary as they were well behaved and no one was around. It was a very bad welcome. No information in English about any local sites or tours. The hotel lunch at the pool was very limited and expensive by local prices (salads or baby pasta). You definitely need a car to go to Paestum itself which was amazing and to visit local sites. You can’t walk far as the roads have no pavements and it’s too hot. The rest of the staff were lovely and there are 2 really nice beach bar restaurants nearby. But hard to find.
Hotel has exceptional pool and lovely beach. It is quite remote, so a car would be beneficial, the reception staff are lovely, the staff in the dining room are quite surly and unwelcoming and avoided eye contact at all costs. We ended up feeling quite uncomfortable about going in to breakfast. There is no information about what is available such as room service, lunch and dinner bookings. The bar was in the basement and always empty with apparently no one serving. There is a fridge in the room but no tea or coffee making facilities, which is a shame, especially when there is no information about getting tea or coffee other than at breakfast.
I think most people stay for a couple of days so they can go and see the ruins at Paestum or if they are attending a wedding. There were 3 evening wedding while we were there - which we knew about as I had emailed the hotel to check. They did not impact our stay in any way.
Hard to describe, but not a pleasant experience. Imagine a purported family-friendly resort that also blares loud music across the entire compound at all hours of the night. We are experienced but pretty forgiving travelers, and the rest of our Italy experience was fantastic. But this place was not only bizarre but the staff were very unwelcoming, uncooperative and rude. We can't recommend the Paestum area enough, but stay anywhere but here unless you want to lock your toddlers in their room so you can go off and dance by the pool. To be fair, they did have a nice private beach and the room was clean, but our compliments really have to stop there.
Piscina fantastica.

Excellent Wifi.
Di bello impatto, gentili i receptionist
Camere ampie ben curate e ottimamente arredate
