Overall its a great location with great staff. Neighboring construction has parking messy. Shower wasn't the best.

We were welcome by friendly staff & check in was a breeze. Staff was knowledgeable & answered all our questions. The rooms were amble & clean. Great to have a fridge & paper towel in room. We all enjoyed breakfast.

Close to the port at terminal 3. Rooms were clean.

The stay was good, staff was friendly and very helpful. The bartender made me feel comfortable to hang out and meet and greet people around the bar. The bar food was delicious. (Wings and tacos).

It was a great starting point for our cruise vacation. Very clean and comfortable. I only wish they had free breakfast and a little snack area to purchase small things like toiletries, aspirin, drinks, etc.

We had a plumbing issue. It was resolved. The shower had hair on the wall and a washcloth from the previous guest was left hanging on the shower head. We were there for the night so we didn’t want to make a big deal about it.
