The property was in a convenient spot. The rooms was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was very wonderful and lots of options. The bar n dinner offered a lot of options for a fee but was very good. Will definitely be staying again.

Very good place to stay when taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady at the front desk. She asked what our travel plans were and explained about their parking and shuttle service. You know how some people can explain things in an unfriendly manner or even sound condescending? This young lady was nothing like that. She was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. The pool and outside sitting area were enjoyed by our kids. Breakfast was good and checking out was easy. 10 out of 10, would stay there again.

Our stay in April 2024 was excellent but our experience in September 2024 (3 nights) was only fair. I would not recommend the 1st floor it was noisy. Lack of room service, our trash cans were full and my husband had to ask staff for fresh washcloths. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. We had to roll a towel and place it along the bottom of the door to stop the obnoxious whistling noise and there was black dirt around the vent that was concerning (husband who battles asthma). Unfortunately, we will choose another hotel when we return.
