Proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Unit 408 is a corner unit with floor to ceiling glass! You get an breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and your 4th floor wrap around balcony. The unit comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay (towels, linens, washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, etc). Both bedrooms and the living room have HD Plasma TV's and cable. The master has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex with many amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, two tennis courts, a basketball court and direct beach access. It is conveniently located about 1 mile north of the Pier and Ron Jons!

Great family location
We loved our stay at Cape Winds! The beach wasn't crowded and they didn't have all the beach chair rentals lining the beach so we had plenty of room to sit and let our small children play. The condo was very well equipped with essentials including towels, beach chairs, some toys, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps. The locals where so friendly and we loved talking to them and learned a lot from them during our stay! The beach wasn't crowded and we loved that!! The only flaw was the bed not being very comfortable due to a big lump in the middle we kept rolling to the very edges of the bed, but other than that the condo was super nice and the pool was great. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them! We will definitely be back to Cape Winds!! We also got to see a couple rocket launches from our condo!!

Beach Vacation
This was our 5th stay at Cape Winds and we just love staying here. The ocean views from unit 408 are amazing! We love spending time on the balcony and watching the cruise ships come and go from the port. We also were able to view a rocket launch during our stay. The pool area is also very nice. Our unit was spotless upon arrival and the entire building and grounds are well maintained. Very close to dozens of great restaurants. The property manager, Kelsey, is the absolute best and went above and beyond to make certain our stay went seamlessly. Already looking forward to our next stay!

So Much to See!
Loved this property and location. The corner balcony gives you an amazing view! Parking and check in were a breeze and communication was proactive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing sea life (recommend Manatee Park and Jetty Park Pier), watching the cruise ships come in and out, and getting to see two rocket launches in one day. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend!

This was an amazing find. The property is just north of Coaco Beach in Cape Canaveral so it's a quieter than being next to the pier and it was almost like we had our own private beach. A quick 3/4 min ride to Ron Jon's and restaurants made easy to zip in and out of. We used a lot of suggestions from the property owners for events to do and places to eat. 4th street filling Station is a gem and the food is amazing! We'll be back soon.

Loved this location! It's between cape Canaveral and cocoa Beach, so it was not crowded the week we were there. Beautiful views from this unit and amazing weather. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge plus and were kept very clean. Easy check in and good communication from management with quick responses. The only complaint is the furniture in the unit could use updating...Couch and beds, but that's a minor detail. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again! Our favorite spring break location to date

Perfect place to stay on the beach!
Cape Winds complex is the perfect location near Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. The view from 408 was spectacular and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Appreciated all the amenities for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and even 2 boogie boards - they made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Check in and all communication was excellent. We hope to stay here again during our next visit!

Over all had a great stay. View is awesome. Communication with Drew was great - had an issue with shower and Drew had it fixed by end of day. Felt the clean and had everything we needed for the week. Could use a little TLC with over all appearance. Beds were comfortable. But living room furniture not. Granted time is spent outside. One sofa - very uncomfortable and two very uncomfortable chairs. If you plan a party of 6 for this unit - double check where they will all sleep. Again, great view and enjoyed our stay. Just wished for more comfortable indoor furniture and some TLC would greatly improve the over all appearance of the condo.

We absolutely loved our stay here in December. The location is perfect. Not just that it is oceanfront/ocean view, but it is in a small quiet complex north of the Cocoa Beach pier where more of the activity is. Also, only a 20 min drive to Kennedy Space Center, which is totally worth checking out! They are doing some amazing things in space right now! We loved that the pool was heated and their is a hot tub and sauna that is so relaxing! Short walk to the beach and even supplied with beach toys, boogie boards, cooler and beach chairs! Perfect for us and our kids to enjoy the waves and sun! Having the kitchen made not eating out every meal much more enjoyable, although we tried some great restaurants close by. Grill’s for seafood was amazing! Shark kabobs, and fresh fish were wonderful! I did give a 4 out of 5 on cleanliness only because of some dust on top of some surfaces and trim needs to be painted in areas. The master bedroom bed is very soft! Overall, very satisfied wit the location and unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Great Vacation Rental
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Great view, the beach was not overly crowded, the condo was comfortable, and you are just 5 minutes away from several excellent seafood restaurants. It was also about an hour (with tolls of course) to Orlando which allowed us to hit up a couple of attractions there as well. When we decide to return to Cocoa Beach we will definitely look for this condo again.

Great location & beautiful view!
The property was great! We will likely be back, the only complaint is the master shower had poor water pressure and both toilets backed up (one time each). Over all, we loved the location and the view was amazing! Everything was clean and the master bed was comfortable (which is saying a lot since we sleep on a TempurPedic). We had an awesome and very relaxing vacation here!

Dredging the beach, 24/7, loud heavy equipment kept us awake at night. Thermostat can only be set to 72 degrees, which is way too warm for us & we could not sleep, even if it was quiet. Furniture is exceptionally worn & very uncomfortable - couches, chair, mattresses all miserable! Kitchen counters were dirty when we arrived. Emailed owner on day 2 & he never responded to our concerns. Do NOT rent this condo

Beautiful view of the ocean and the ships as they sail in and out of Port Canaveral.
The corner condo on the fourth floor provided an excellent view of the ocean. I kept wishing I had a bottle of windex to sharpen our view from the inside. The ocean mist, due to a rainy week, would make it difficult to keep windows clean. An issue in the condo was taken care of promptly by the owner. We enjoyed our visit to Kennedy Space Center; a 20 minute drive from the condo. Fun to watch the cruise ships, freighters, barges enter/leave port. We had opportunity to see a submarine surface. It seems that the flooring in the condo was new; the sofa and chair in the living area are well worn. We tend to be home bodies who enjoy a different view from the corn fields of the Midwest. One day of sunshine during the week left us wishing for more sunshine! 50 and 60 degree temperatures was preferred to the subzero temperatures in the Midwest. We had a pleasant visit to Cape Canaveral.
