The Space:
This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Making this unit truly unique is it`s waterfront disposition featuring both bay and marina views, where one can sip on his/her favorite drink while watching boats come by. The unit also features plush master quarters with working desk, a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with island, a comfortable Murphy bed, and two bathrooms.

Guest Access:
South Seas resort remains closed until Dec 19th following damage from hurricane Helena and Milton, private rentals are however allowed. Hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators and laundry rooms remain closed, the pool and beach access are open and accessible. This unit is one of just a few that has its own washer and dryer!

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We utilize a smartlock system, the code to which you will be given the evening prior to arrival. An entry pass will be left at the South Seas Resort gatehouse for you, from which you will be directed to your unit. From there, I can have as much or as little interaction with you as you desire. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
