The staff were great, helpful, courteous and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the bathroom could do with a bit of updating, although it was clean and had plenty of room.

What stood out the most was the receptionist from the moment we arrived think her name was Alison (the blonde one. ) She was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and tidy and we would definitely book again thank you so much.

A return visit for us, in the city for a concert at the arena. The hotel is central for most of the venues we go to in Cardiff, in the heart of the city centre and a very short walk to the train and bus stations. The staff are friendly and informative, we will stay again!
