Solo concert trip
Easy to find, very safe as locked front entrance, very conveniently placed ,family run,24 hr front desk,comfortable room,no issues at all,second time of staying, good value, bit old style but great for me and would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Lovely place
The hotel is family run and you can feel the warmth of the place by their warm smiles and friendliness. The room was very clean and all amenities provided. Breakfast was tasty. Check in and out was very easy with 24hr reception. Excellent location very central and 5 minutes walk away from the central train station.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk and the dining room staff. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation including a new shower with better water pressure. My room was not serviced during my stay. All in all, a lovely hotel, very conveniently situated to the Principality Stadium. Great breakfast and convenient parking location nearby. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Good trip
You get what you pay for in regard to quality, but hotel was clean, staff very friendly, close to the arena and lots of choice of restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

Check in was easy with a 24 hour front desk. It was accessible from the bus stops and an easy walk to everything that I was there to see. Staff/owners were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Property was creaky in the floorboards and there was little sound insulation. If visiting at a busy time bring ear plugs.

If you are looking for a place to lay your head after a night out in Cardiff then this is it. Reasonable prices, abs fantastic location, and reasonably clean. If you looking for something with a touch of luxury of romance then go somewhere else! Hotel has seen better days.

Fantastic location and great value for money
Fantastic location and very kind and helpful employees. The solo room offered all it needed and the bed was comfy. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very soundproof. The whole property could do with a renovation, however based on the location alone it is great value for money.

To make a long story short, bathroom floor tiles were cracked, toilet set was loose, bath was dirty (i didnt use it), a socket in between the beds is broken, the desk was sticky & dirty. The lady at check in was lovely but, the gentleman the took over was not so great.. i had come back from a shop & he was on the phone the whole time i was at reception.
