1st floor 3BR 2Bath Oceanfront Condo w/pool and 2 assigned parking spots!

3 night rental available during some periods of high season. High season weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required. Up to date 1st floor unit with 2 parking spaces.

Both bathrooms of the condo have been completely renovated. All new flooring and window treatments.

Condo is oceanfront and overlooks the pool. Beach toys, beach chairs, and storage provided. Linens included for 7 day stays during high season. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. The unit has wifi and expanded cable. Some board games on site. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, plenty of dishes, and cookware. The beds are 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Single over double Bunk Beds with a trundle, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Nice patio furniture for outdoor dining. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towels.

All Weekly Summer Rentals include Cleaning, Linens, and bath towels. There is free WiFi as well.

All non-prime weeks include cleaning. Linens are an option.

Relaxing getaway
Peaceful, clean place right on the ocean. Able to sit on the loveseat or balcony and see the ocean. Just open the sliding doors and relax with the sound of waves. Sarah very responsive. Very quick. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent choice for families!
We had a wonderful time at the condo. It had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the option to play on the beach or in the pool--or back and forth! The large deck was a wonderful space to read, watch the waves, and gather with family. I had to contact the property owner twice due to mistakes we made, and she was gracious and helpful both times. I hope we can return in future summers!

Host quickly answered questions! It was just as described, and we really enjoyed the porch. It was a quiet area of beach and great access. The only downside is parking is super tight if you have a large SUV or truck.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and spotless! The location was just perfect - steps away from the pool and beach, beautiful view, and quiet area. We loved spending time on the large porch, and having beach chairs and equipment available made it so easy to enjoy the beach each day.

Fantastic location! Loved the condo, the pool, and the beach! If you are there during the summer months you can watch the Thursday night Boardwalk fireworks from the beach at the condo. We had an issue with water coming from an upper floor condo and Sarah sent someone right away to take care of the issue. Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated! Made some wonderful memories with our daughter, her husband, and our grandchildren.

Perfect Getaway
Beautiful clean condo that is the perfect spot for a vacation. The beds are so comfortable and the condo has such easy access to beach and pool. You are close enough to the heart of CB for night time fun, but the perfect distance for family fun at the pool and beach away from huge crowds! Great host! Perfect long weekend.

This place was great for our family vacation and clean. Room for everyone to have our own personal space and a place to come together to eat and place a couple of card games. The beach is right there and easy access. Communication with the owner was easy and with quick response. We will definitely come back.

This property was great for a family get away. The area was quiet but was easy access to attractions, restaurants & activities. The ocean front deck is huge & great for morning coffee & evening wind down. The rooms were spacious & nicely appointed. The owner was very responsive & easy to work with. The property is perfect for a family, beautiful view of the ocean, the sun and the moon rise were spectacular, and the first floor doesn’t require a lot of climbing stairs for older people. The property was as described and was nice to have beach chairs to use. You do hear a lot of noise from the unit above. We loved the beach though and had a good time. The vehicle entry on the side is narrow and glad we didn’t have a large vehicle.

Great place!!
We had a great time at this rental! We were super close to the ocean, the pool was never busy and the pool guy was there every day checking things out. The condo was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen which was great for us. My only tiny little complaint is just that the parking here is very tight. Larger vehicles like trucks and large SUVS like us had trouble maneuvering in and out of the lot. (Which is no fault to the condo owner) Overall we had a great time and would reccomend this place to anyone!

Great way to wrap up our summer!
We spent a few days here on a quick beach trip to wrap up the summer before school started back up. The unit matched the listing well, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Several of the rooms had been recently updated and we’re well done. The kitchen was a little dated but still super functional and clean. We spent most of the time by the pool, but beach time was also fun and was just steps away. I’d highly recommend this rental to any family looking for a quick getaway.
