Our 2nd level oceanfront condo is our personal home/getaway and named “Beachfront ELM”. The unobstructed views of the ocean/beach from the 2nd level private covered deck is second to none. It is perfect for your family’s next beach getaway! The beach in front of our building is typically quiet and uncrowded. The proximity to outdoor activities is a 5-10 minute walk to shops, activities, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The proximity to the “beach” is literally a 1 minute walk from the building to put your toes in the sand! You will enjoy the best possible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy panoramic and unobstructed ocean views, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, dolphins playing in the surf and amazing sunrises all from your large private covered oceanfront deck. Bring your binoculars for a close up to capture those dolphins! Relax and lounge on the oceanfront deck when it's sunny, rainy, or breezy!! Doesn’t matter what the weather is. **Covered decks are a popular amenity!!**

Beachfront ELM is approximately 1,067 sq. ft. (includes 2 decks) fully equipped for your comfort, relaxation, and possesses everything for a wonderful family vacation or a romantic beach getaway. It includes 2 bedrooms **(1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 chair sleeper twin size in living room)**, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, full size washer/dryer, 2 private covered decks, and a living/dining room with direct unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Also, includes keyless entry, contactless check-in and check-out, enhanced cleaning practices, private walkway to the beach, outdoor pool and outdoor shower, which are all popular among guests.

Carolina Beach, which is part of Pleasure Island along with Kure Beach and Fort Fisher, offer a number of excellent restaurants, specialty retail shops, drug stores, full service groceries, beach rentals (bikes, linens, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.), ice cream parlors, charter cruises, the North Carolina Aquarium, Island Greenway, Carolina Beach State Park, Carolina Beach Lake, amusement rides, and numerous sporting activities for the entire family. Enjoy FREE live music, beach bingo, and fireworks at the boardwalk every week during the summer. Enjoy FREE movies on a large outdoor screen at the Carolina Beach Lake every Sunday night during the summer. So, bring your chairs, snacks, and beverages and experience a great evening under the stars while watching cinema.

Our condo is just a short drive away from the port city of Wilmington where you will find shopping, restaurants, and the historic downtown district filled with interesting sites and experiences. Wilmington is the home of the North Carolina Azalea Festival held in April featuring live musical and theater performances, garden and historic home tours, outdoor activities, food, and crafts. Other points of interest in Wilmington are the USS North Carolina Battleship and Museum. Wilmington and surrounding areas/beaches have also become a hot spot for Hollywood Film Directors for film making locations and tv show locations. You never know what Hollywood stars you will run into. I have seen many.

In Fort Fisher area there is an award winning aquarium or you can take a ferry across the Cape Fear River to a charming town called Southport with many shops and restaurants. For all those history fanatics, visit Fort Fisher museum that features items from the American Civil War.
