Enjoy the beach by day and walk to evening activities! Located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, our fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation.

Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. (Our local favorites include Britt's Donuts, Shuckin' Shack, and Michaelangelos Pizza.) Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show from our landing.

When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and ocean views from kitchen and living room. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a Smart TV for you to watch your favorite Netflix shows. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of movies to choose from.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, new smart TV, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Our full en suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, extra blankets and basic towels (not beach towels) provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you.

The second bedroom is located at the opposite end from master bedroom and features a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a new smart TV and DVD player. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Linens and extra blankets provided.
The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean.

Our full size washer and dryer is located inside a closet near the front door, making it easy to toss your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach/pool to dry. If you prefer a quick dip, the onsite community pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower.

Access to the complex, unit, and pool is through a keyless pad. You'll never have to worry about losing a key!

The unit has central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and local phone service. We offer a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach cart at no additional cost.

• Swimming pool is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st each year.
• This is a third floor unit accessed only by stairs.
• Pets are NOT allowed per the HOA. Bringing a pet will result in the loss of your security deposit and any rent paid.

ON THE BOARDWALK!

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at Suzanne's condo! This is the perfect Carolina Beach location, with quick access to the beach, boardwalk, lake and local shops/restaurants. Everything you need is at the condo including umbrella/chairs in a wagon to take to the beach. The pool was also a great place to spend time. We can't wait for our next visit, Suzanne is a great host!

Family vacation fun

We love staying here! It’s perfect for our family. We walk to the beach easily to spend the morning there, head back in for lunch and naps then go and enjoy the rides and shops on the boardwalk in the late afternoon or head to the pool.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect place for us! The location is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It worked well for our family of three, but it would also work for two couples, or a couple with several children.The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend you consider this place as your vacation headquarters.

Perfect rental for a family vacation

So many great things to say but I'll keep it short and sweet. The condo was in pristine condition and the perfect amount of room for our family of five. Having the washer/dryer in the rental was key. VERY convenient location to restuarants and the boardwalk. Mere steps away from the beach. Pool was good, and we usually had it to ourselves. Suzanne is probably the most responsive host I have worked with, and helped with some questions and minor issues that came up. We truly loved staying at this home. It was the perfect size for the five of us. The pool, beach and condo were all clean and comfortable. The essentials were provided to start our vacation in comfort and the attention to details was outstanding. I found the condo quiet and location to the beach and boardwalk could not be beat. The fireworks were wonderful from the balcony or the window. I was never on a beach that allowed ez-up canopies and I loved it. Get anchors for your canopy. We were in a great location with a short drive to enjoy the aquarium and the children’s museum. Check in/out was quick and easy. Mid-July and beach and area was not overly crowded. Everyone one was nice and kind. A great vacation area!!!

Summer vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The location is prime. You can walk to everything, and the condo complex is quiet and safe. We loved finishing a day at the beach by stopping at the pool on the way back to the condo. The owner is very responsive to any questions I had, and we got lucky and were able to check in early.

Great condo near beach with pool

We’ve stayed here two years in a row. Perfect location, steps from beach access and boardwalk. Clean and comfy furnishings with all linens provided. Watch the fireworks and sea the ocean from your balcony. And a well kept pool. Would return anytime!

Great Location

Winward Breeze is on the boardwalk making it convenient to get to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The views were much better than I expected. We were able to see the ocean and watch Thursday from the balcony. It was really nice to be able to walk to everything. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the small touches like the coffee pods and beach chairs.

Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was so easy and the condo had everything we needed, including sugar for my coffee, which I forgot. The condo was clean and in a great location. We loved having the pool and the beach steps away. We walked almost everywhere to eat, shop, etc. The only time we used the car was for an excursion to the ferry at Fort Fisher. The condo was so well set-up with everything you could need. I will definitely be coming back!

Incredible location

We (Try) to Come Back Here Every Year

Our family of 3 found this spot during the cursed summer of 2020 and have (tried) to come back every year. The Boardwalk, most of the restaurants in town, and the beach are all easily walkable. The only downside (which isn't so much a downside for us), is that the rides and foot traffic outside can be a little loud at night, but we're all usually so tired it doesn't make much difference. The pool is showing some age, but is a fine pool and usually uncrowded. For us, the location can't be beat, and we've made such great memories here during our summers.

Wonderful place to vacation.

Very clean and comfortable condo in great location just steps from boardwalk and beach. Really appreciated the washer and dryer to toss towels and wet suits in after very enjoyable days at the beach and pool. Unanimous thumbs up from two boys, aged 10 and 13, and their grandparents. We are already talking about returning next summer. Thank you for a very pleasant place to vacation.

Wonderful owner
