Home away from home
We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The house was very well appointed, clean and organized. There was a welcome board and refreshment basket awaiting us when we arrived. The fenced in backyard was great for our kids! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we plan on returning. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! 😊

Perfect Beach Getaway
We loved our stay at the Koi House! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Your home is beautiful and was just right for our group of 8! We enjoyed eating a couple of meals in, playing cards, and just relaxing after our days at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Charming fully loaded house with all the amenities you could want about 7 blocks from middle of Carolina Beach at Boa swallows. Little bit of a walk in the heat with chairs, towels etc. Bit well worth it.

Peaceful getaway
This place is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door it screams welcome home. It's in a very quiet neighborhood which is great if you want to escape the daily Hussle and bussle. The neighbors are very nice and friendly there kids are very respectful they love shooting hoops in there driveway I think it's great. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Buggy at the beach
It would have been ok except for the communication with the company that handles the rentals.They where not on top of my questions about some of this properties beach equipment. We realize where this property was located and the fact that there are a lot of bugs in North Carolina,but they could spray this property for cockroaches which I find deplorable. On the counters at night and in the cupboards. I had a problem with the Wi-Fi connection and the tv, the woman who came over immediately did her best with the spectrum service and helped me connect to the Wi-Fi service since there are two different accounts to this address. My husband loves his tv at night and made the best of it.this house could use a good cleaning it’s staged well though.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday
We spent five days in this house for a family get-together. We loved the house. Everything was so nice and comfortable. The deck and yard were an additional plus, and we spent relaxing mornings on the deck. The neighborhood is very nice, and the house is very close to the Cape Fear Blvd, which is the direct path to the beach. During our stay in August, it was too hot to walk to the beach, so we mostly drove. We highly recommend the house, the neighborhood, and the overall area for a very enjoyable vacation at the beach.

The Koi House
This place was very clean, is in a great location to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants, is pet friendly, and has a great yard with a nice front porch. The only thing is the listing said 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, well there was half that, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was good my girls trip ended up being a smaller group than we had hoped.

Worth it.
We were hesitant due to two small kids being out from the beach but the Koi house was worth it to us due to all the amenities. Clean, a lot of basic items and more there. We will definitely stay again when in the area!
