You’ll find tranquility in this 1 bedroom 1 ½ bath courtyard villa with ocean views and convenient beach access. You will lavish in the open courtyard pool area with lush greenery. This super cute condo is located on the third floor with a nicely shaded deck overlooking the pool..  There is not an elevator at this property, only stairs. The bedroom has views of the Atlantic Ocean from a comfortable king-sized bed.  Have morning coffee on the cozy ocean-side deck. The bedroom has a TV and access to the main bath with a tub and shower combo,  The comfortable family room has a 46" flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and DVD player. This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 
You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 vehicle. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Enjoy locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach. 
Great Courtyard pool with grill and sitting area complete this vacation package. Experience this lovely vacation destination at the popular Seascape Community. Off-street and Boat trailer parking available.

Much needed get away
My husband, adult daughter and I needed to get away and have a few days at the beach. This condo at Carolina Beach was just what we hoped for! It was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us, and the view from the balcony was amazing! I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. Even though the beach access directly across from the condo was closed due to erosion, the Sand Fiddler access point was just a short 2 minute walk away and the Carolina Beach Pier is about 3 minutes away. We had an issue with the pool key and the management sent someone right away to check the key. Problem was solved quickly! All interactions with the property managers were friendly and pleasant. Will definitely consider this location again in the future!

Great getaway
Perfect location. We had a view of the ocean and the swimming pool. Easy walk to the beach and there was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen is very nice. It was the perfect size for us an we enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this unit! It was clean and comfortable, and felt safe and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. The area is also fantastic! It is such a great vibe, really nice people and we loved how close it was to the beach, which was also amazing. We will definitely be back to Carolina Beach and would gladly stay in this unit again!

First time to explore Carolina beach area. Access to beach is one block up to beach. View from bedroom was awesome. I didn’t mind the walk up stairs, my partner did. We r active & in our 70’s! if you are not a active physical person in your 70’s, don’t book! Mattress should be replaced & the front entrance to condo wasn’t cleaned well! This place has everything in kitchen you would need, we loved having the half bath. End unit & was not noisy! This condo satisfied our time in C Beach, restaurant’s we went too all good. Try Freddie’s in Kure Beach-wonderful. Stoked restaurant in C Beach very good. Kate’s pancake house in C Beach very good! Condo is nicely decorated, couch in livingroom wasn’t great.

This listing has a terrific location. It has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Carolina Beach Pier. I would recommend this listing to solo travelers or a couple looking to stay at Carolina Beach. I wouldn't have more than 2 guests at this listing as it can get cramped for space at about 500 square feet.

Carolina Beach Vacay
We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach! The condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. We always look for a place that doesn’t allow pets or smoking, no carpet and close the beach. This condo checks all the boxes. We love to cook in on vacation so having a well stocked kitchen is a plus!

Great location
Easy access to beach right across the street. Clean area. No joking on steps to walk up to the condo. Had to call when we arrived cause I couldn’t easily find the condo number on my reservation which was my fault it was in plain sight… I spoke to a gentleman who was AMAZING he walked me through the steps and even looked on his end to make sure it’s easy for all his customers. Porch furniture could be replaced as they were wobbly but amazing view of ocean from bedroom and balcony.

Great 5 night stay!
Off season, perfect weather, pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Nicely decorated condo, clean, all amenities needed were provided. Special treat was the small cafe and pub on the pier just a short walk from our condo. Overall just a great time!
