The hotel is very good overall. But the internet is unreliable. I was on a business trip and my work got interrupted many times.

It is a decent hotel where I had to stay for Christmas a few days. The rooftop is nice and the jacuzzi decent.

Beautiful view of City from rooftop pool area. Gym. Covered parking. Included breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had both kinds of outlets in the rooms, so I could use chargers from America that did not have adaptors.

Bedroom was old, floor was peeling off, missing tiles, bathroom was small and cheap, bugs crawling on the floors, and the worst of all, the smell of dead body in the room was unbearable. We checked in and checked out in less than an hour.

Not bad but not great
Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome.

Precisando se mais pessoal e roupa nova.
Já fiquei neste hotel várias vezes, e para mim era o melhor em Juiz de Fora. Desta vez o quarto estava sujo. A roupa da cama com rasgos. As toalhas sujas, e para piorar quando voltei das reuniões às 5 da tarde o quarto ainda não estava limpo. Depois da reclamação a equipa tentou fazer o seu melhor e acabou informando que têm poucos recursos para fazer tudo em tempo hábil porque o hotel estava cheio.

Hotel muito bom, com estacionamento incluso , ótimo café da manhã tb. Viajei em familia e levei meu cachorrinho, é pet friendly e na diaria do dog dão tapetinho e bolinha. O recepcionista na chegada, Mateus foi muito simpático e educado.Voltarei com certeza.

Hotel não tem nada, foi cobrado um preço absurdo pela estada pq tinha exame de estudante na cidade, o quarto não estava pronto no horário correto para o check in, nos deram um quarto acessível no banheiro sem box q inundava o quarto toda vez q era usado.

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com minha estadia no Victory Business. Assim que cheguei à cidade, almocei no restaurante em anexo, onde a comida era muito boa e o preço padrão à la carte. A localização do hotel também é excelente, facilitando o deslocamento para outros pontos da cidade. Cheguei uma hora antes do check-in, e a equipe foi super solícita, me acomodando imediatamente. Consegui aproveitar a tarde na piscina, que é um diferencial incrível do hotel, especialmente em um dia quente. O serviço do hotel é integrado ao restaurante, com preços acessíveis e atendimento de qualidade. O quarto era confortável, com ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, uma cama aconchegante, e o banheiro estava limpo e bem conservado. O café da manhã foi outro destaque, com uma grande variedade de opções, incluindo tapioca feita na hora. Amei os bolinhos de chuva e a salada de frutas, que estavam deliciosos. Foi uma experiência excelente e, sem dúvida, voltarei!
