I booked this hotel specifically for the jetted tub in the room. It was a surprise for my mom and step dad's anniversary. The room's window overlooked the enclosed pool, which I thought was unique. I also wanted to make sure that they had a hotel that offered breakfast. They said the breakfast was excellent, the pool was great, and the jetted tub was awesome. Jeremy was very helpful during check-in, and to my parents as well. I even sprung an e-gift card on him while I was checking in, which wasn't a problem for him at all!" There were plenty of fresh towels by the jetted tub and they were also stocked in the bathroom. This room was a little more than average because of the jetted tub but in general your prices are comparable if not cheaper and it includes breakfast. It was also clean, and the hallways smelled very fresh. My parents and I will definitely check out the Best Western's before any other hotels from now on wherever we go.

Won't be staying here again! I mean, don't get me wrong, if I was paying maybe $60 a night I'd go ahead and stay. But for over $100 a night? No way. This place was gross. On entering, there's a strong musty smell. Well, ok, some hotels smell musty so I'll go with it. Realized that somehow the room was both cold from the A/C but also humid??? Never have experienced that before. Went to take a shower and it didn't drain properly- water pooled up around my ankles. Gross! Asked them to fix it, they were apologetic and the next night it worked fine. But the last straw was when I got up that morning to use the bathroom and felt something DRIP ON MY HEAD! Yuck! The vent in the bathroom was literally dripping water, and I hadn't even taken a shower that morning. I couldn't handle it anymore and asked to check out. So far it looks like they only charged me for the nights I stayed (3 even though I had reserved 4) but we'll see. Staff was very nice but the room was not up to par. The breakfast was meh and I decided to go someplace else rather than eat a weirdly chewy bagel and reconstituted eggs. Will not be staying here again.

The staff was friendly, the room was large and clean and a good hot breakfast was included at a very good price. I didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it is another plus. Highly recommend.

Hotel is average. We drove in 9 hours to stay for 3 nights and were charged the whole cost of hotel before we even left for town that day and then the deposit when we got there. Seems ass backwards as were planning to pay when we got there or at least at check out per us using expedia. Not both things on day 1 but thats their rules and we wont stay here again because of that. Luckily the stay wasn't terrible but regardless its not fair. Thats like having to pay for food at a restaurant before you get there and sit down. Like what if the food is bad? But you were already charged for it? Beds are rock hard. AC unit in room very noisy. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Luckily we were only here for sleep and gone most of the day. Choose wisely.

Room was set to 64 degrees which was too cold for most anyone. Had to wait quite a while to warm to comfortable level. Room was non-smoking but I could detect stale smoke smell. The 2 nd room key didn’t work and I was locked out of the room. Still, property was clean and quiet with all necessary amenities. Staff was polite and available. Special thanks to the staff woman who manned the breakfast buffet. She is a rockstar!! Everything was clean. Refilled, restocked and she did it with a smile and was ever so helpful and courteous. I personally thanked her for impeccable service. I’d give a 4.5 overall. Hotel was completely full last night but remained quiet. Very accessible to highways and food. Good location.

No issues at all with this hotel. Plenty of places around the property to grab food, coffee, gas, etc… Easy access to the highway in order to travel back and forth the Hall of Fame. Didn’t eat the breakfast due to sleeping late, but it looked OK. Pool area seemed pretty decent, too, even though I didn’t use it.
