We got a room with a balcony, the view was awesome. The service and the people at the hotel was excellent every body was very knowledgeable and ready to help. The only thing is that the party never stop there was noise every where outside the hotel that can really let you sleep.

Stay here!!! Best location, clean hotel, friendly staff, very secure location: they lock the main doors at night and don’t allow anyone in. They check all ID of any guests. Best staff ever! It felt like a 5 star resort just smaller rooms. The rooftop pool is gorgeous! Breakfast and lunch was also amazing!

Great hotel right in front clock tower. Confortable rooms with great air conditioning and hot water in the room. Staff were super friendly and always eager to help you. Personally, wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is very delicious, the pool is very well maintained and modern. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very respectful and educated.

Nos encantó la localización, cerca de todo a pasos. También las atenciones del personal, en especial de Antonio en portería y Benjamin en la recepción. La chica de la limpieza también sumamente atenta y servicial . Deben tener mejor cuidadas las instalaciones porque no cuentan con decoración y pierden cuidado en los detalles de las instalaciones, nunca del trato de su personal porque son excelentes.

Great Location but noisy

Location is great. However on a Tuesday night there was music blasting well into the wee hours of the morning. The safe didn’t have a handle to properly open it and no one ever came to fix it. Room was also very small and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.
