Quite noisey - hearing footsteps from the room above quite early of a morning was a downside. Otherwise close to stadium & east access to trams etc

I actually liked this place. The room we had was clean and modern. The property was within walking distant to the station, Sealife and restaurants. Parking wasn't cheap but it was easy. I will definitely stay here again.

Handy location

We wanted to stay close to Spencer St Station, so it was perfect location for this. We were in Melbourne for the tennis so options were limited as Melbourne was so busy. The staff were helpful and the room was clean but dated. Aircon was very noisy if it was left running constantly. The breakfast was good for the price.

Fantastic location near all the major transport hubs in the city centre. Big spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and fast efficient checkin and checkout service by the reception team. Recomended.

Flew in late and had a train to catch in the am. Chose for it’s location so cannot very well complain about the usual state around a main train station. Property has lifts but beware of potential need to carry luggage up or down stairs. In our section baths were clean and very functional. Linens also spotless although mattresses and furniture worn. Carpet in these areas always give me pause; so appreciative of the move to LVT or tile as more sanitary. Bonus was our room in the back was quiet.

The room was situated in what seemed to me to be a mixture of a prison courtyard and a sleazy Hollywood Motel. There was an air conditioner generator behind the wall so whenever one of the neighbouring rooms turned on the air con I listened to it whir. My own air con was also loud and you could hear people easily in the courtyard outside. Barely could sleep at this place. Staff at least were very friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Although hard to get coffee and sugar, when arrived, had only 2 little bags? of coffee for 3 people, but an it's an effort to get more. The room was strange as the vanity and bathroom light switch are in the bedroom, so lights up the bedroom if use at night. Water runs out of shower area in front of toilet [very small bathroom].

Hotel in convenient location. Staff were friendly. However the room was tiny and in need of repairs, no windows in the room other than small one in door over looking hallway which you wouldn’t use as people can see in. Holes and stains in the carpet. No bedside lamps, no hand towels and very limited complimentary toiletries. Lifts were dirty.
