This was the worst place we ever stayed at, not just in Morocco but worldwide, hands down! I got injured due to poor housekeeping service (no towel on bathroom floor) and spent a night in a hospital. Had to fly out to seek treatment halfway through our stay. The supposed general manager named Fatou took my hospital bills, promised reimbursement as well as refund for the hotel stay. Weeks later, I was told on the phone call that I should've asked for a credit before checking out and the they don't do refunds. I have not received the refund for the hospital call she took neither. To summ it up, I booked two weeks, tripped and fell the first night and was in a hospital because there was no towel on the bathroom floor. Had to leave after one week to go seek treatment. They think they get to keep my money for the whole two weeks (including the week we did not spend there), and fill me with fake promises of refund and reimbursement of hospital bills. The dishonest and unprofessional behavior of this hotel's leadership is unprecedented. Booking a stay at this place was the worst mistake I made in 2024 and I'm still limping with a knee brace on. Casablanca is full of awesome hotels, stay away from Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs please!

I checked in around 9pm, I went to the room to find out there was no remote for the TV, I called them and brought me a remote, then I found the TV was not working, then they brought me a TV from a different room. The floor of the room was dirty and even inside the hotel. I went to brush my teeth to find that the sink was blocked but at that point, I gave up because it was already late and I was staying for one night only.

Our stay at Relax Casa Voyageurs was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was unclean, with dust visible throughout and brown stains in the bathroom sink. We requested a cleaner room, and while the staff accommodated our request, the real disappointment came during breakfast on our second day. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, with only two people catering to approximately 50 guests during breakfast service. It was chaos!—there were no clean tables available, and the buffet was entirely empty. It was a frustrating experience, as there was simply nothing to eat. When I brought my concerns to the reception and asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager only arrives at 10 a.m., leaving the hotel essentially unmanaged during that time. I had chosen this hotel based on its high ratings, many of which were 10/10, but my experience did not align with these glowing reviews, raising questions about their authenticity. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location within a complex that includes a small mall with some decent shops. However, this is not enough to compensate for the poor experience we had. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend Relax Casa Hotel Voyageurs to other travelers.

Convenient and Lovely stay!
Great place to stay as it’s located next to Tachfine mall. Taxis were easy to get. Food court was in the mall if you didn’t want to go far for a meal as well as for atm needs.

Friendly staff, good location and walkable to the main train station. Yes it is true that it is a bot off that no towels are provided, and even more to have 2 men knocking on our door at 10pm saying to give us towels when we haven’t requested for it. We are not sure if they really are staff but a little suspicious. Friendly staff, breakfast is ok and can be better. Location is the key and we are happy with our stay.

The location was pretty close to train station and also next to a mall. But I found the hotel to be a little unresponsive to my emails before I got there. When I got there, my hotel room didn't have shower towel and it was pretty noisy.

Family friendly stay
Lovely staff, relaxing and comfortable room For our whole family. We travelled with an indant and a toddler, and we were provided with a shared room with doors in between. This was perfect For naptimes to get The children their privacy, but still let us move freely in our room. The breakfast was also nice and suitable For children and grownups. Staff were super nice and helpful with every request, which made traveling with young Kids alot easier.

Very close to the train station which was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to be welcomed with a glass of cold lemonade!! Nice and close to a shopping centre and several dining options!

Good hotel in Casablanca
We are regular guests at the Relax hotels (oujda, kenitra, Casa ) to us Relax hotels are the best hotels in Morocco , they offer and gave us the best for the affordable prices, al are in great locations, we always feel like home as soon as we open the entrance door is like you are opening your house door, check in are always a pleasure, very smooth and please take, we had the check in at This hotel with Mr, Bader and he was very professional and friendly , greet us with a big smile and welcoming us home. For us relax will be our choice of hotel … keep it up and we will continúe coming back … thanks to all for give the best . We had been in very expensive hotels in Morocco and we haven’t felt this good in any of them.

If you are looking for an easy access stay to the airport and train station its a good choice. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and informative, theres a mall attached to the hotel which was convenient. You can catch a petite taxi easily to other city locations such as the the hasan 2 mosque which also has a larger mall 2 minutes away from it. and the hotel staff booked airport dedicated taxi for me for 4 am and Iam very grateful.

Nice hotel, worst service ive ever experienced!!
Where do I start? Ive never had to wait to check-in in when showing up an hour after the check-in time. Over 30 minutes. Ive never had to ask for an iron, its usually provided. They only gave 3 towels, one for your hands, one for the wet floor, and one for the shower. Key card wouldnt work and had to go all the way back down to get a new one, every.single.night. I asked them to fix the shower, and i felt like i walked into a murder scene upon my return, bootprints all over the hotel, a big red mark that couldve been blood and throughout the whole process of them cleaning my room, they acted like i was inconveniencing them!! They kept forgetting to clean my room, i had to literally request it, and they would show up so late- like 17:00! I killed a huge spider on the wall, and saw a cockroach in the lobby, that was interesting. Then they came with a supervisor to help me resolve these issues? No!! They came to tell me to keep my door closee at all times, and I explainer to them that average moroccan man would struggle to close this door. Its been jamming and you have to use a lot of strength. When i showed them that the both of them wouldnt be able to do it 5x a day like i has been doing, they apologized and walked away. They offered to fix it, but it was the last day of my 10 day stay, and me and my mom were just so exhausted with this hotel, I just told them to please leave me alone.
