We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool with its bar was amazing! As for the staff, they were all really kind and helpful, especially Gabriele, who provided us with great tips for meals and visits! We'll definitely come back!
Place was incredible, a nice little paradise in the mountains of Tuscany. Really great staff who want to please you during your stay.

The staff was wonderful (especially Gabriel) he recommended a fabulous dinner recommendations and also sent us an email after once we checked out, to let us know that we had left a jacket behind. The breakfast was excellent, beautiful property and nice pool.
Our only complaint was that air conditioner did not work in our room for our two night stay !
Very clean and beautiful property. View is stunning. Great breakfast. Staff are very nice, friendly and always trying to help. Easy access for travelling around Siena. Definitely coming again here if we visit the area again. Would highly recommend.
Was an amazing 4 night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
Overall a good hotel, breakfast area is nice and the pool is ok, the jacuzzi is a nice touch. The room is extremely basic.
The property definitely needs some renovation or update.
The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a winery and set up the reservation for us. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was very nice. The hotel’s location and views are beautiful. The rooms are in fair condition. Everything was clean. It was simply the age and wear and tear over time that you could see on the room. However, for the price, this was an outstanding option, and I would stay there again.
ubicazione perfetta per girare tra le colline senesi.
bella struttura, ben tenuta, con una vista stupenda dal ristorante.
colazione molto buona con torte fatte in casa e frutta fresca
personale però non troppo attento e talvolta scortese
Well located for visiting Voltarra, San Gimingnano and Siena all about half an hour's drive, Florence about an hour away and Monterriggioni about 15 minutes away. Pisa airport is about 1.5/2 hours away. Hotel has a large car park with plenty of shaded parking.
Lovely room with neutral colours. We wish we'd opted for a room with terrace or balcony as the Classic rooms only have a window. You never seem to see photos of this part of the hotel. It was still a very nice room though with views over the vegetable garden and to the hills beyond. Only 1 drawer but we still managed. Safe. Fridge. Bathroom was a good size with toiletries- shower & hair wash, shampoo, body lotion, foot cream & a little box containing mini emery board, cotton buds & a tiny hair scrunchie. Shower gel & shampoo were replenished. Towels and bedding are changed at your request.
Breakfast was delicious. Continental but with plenty of choice and a table containing gluten free cereal and cakes. Make your own tea or Americano code but could ask for the waitress to do a different sort ie cappuccino.
The garden was very lush and the pool lovely with sunbeds and umbrellas and deck chairs. The pool was slightly too warm for my liking bit at least you could get in without nearly having a heart attack.
We found eating out rather challenging as there really isn't much in the local old town. Our impression from researching the area was that there was a plethora of restaurants but if there were we never found th

Good base.
The hotel was ok. The rooms were clean and reception were very kind. Service and food in the restaurant was not great, room for improvement there. The pool area also looked very tired. Personally I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again but it is well located for visiting Sienna and San Gimignano. The local town was also very pleasant. Would be ok if you just want a base but it doesn’t offer anything special.
We stayed in the deluxe room for a couple of nights as an anniversary treat based on the strength of the reviews. The views from the restaurant are stunning but from the rooms the view is obstructed so don't be misled by the photos. For the price we paid (€99.00 /night) I was a little disappointed overall.
The restaurant space is really nice however the food was awful. The breakfast is nothing special, the lunch menu is basic to say the least and the dinner was terrible - we had three courses and literally the only flavour was salt. The staff were nice enough but we checked out on a sour note as they then tried to charge me for something I returned because I couldn't eat it - it was way too salty (I did try a second attempt after telling the waitress, only to be brought another very salty meal 20 minutes later by which point all my side dishes were cold).
The pool is the best bit - given the obstructed view, I'd have preferred a garden room to make it easier to get to. Had it not been for the food I'd have been really happy to just some time relaxing, eating and drinking by the pool for a day.
Cocktails were reasonable but the bar was unmanned and took a while to get anything - and served out of a plastic cup which is a bit lazy and not very sustainable!
Located on the edge of Casole di' Elsa (A mountain town near Sienna ) Terre di Elsa is in a great location to to roam the Chianti, Sienna & Firenze areas. With a lovely pool, a great bar and views to die for this reasonably priced, clean and ultra friendly hotel is a great place to return to after a day of wine tasting and exploring the Medieval villages nearby. The staff is enthusiastic, efficient and accommodating. The breakfasts will fuel you for a day of adventure while the bar and views will relax you when you return. A great find.
We came to this hotel after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Ahh... we spent a day totally relaxing by their beautiful pool!! I want to say we would come back, but only if they improve their air conditioning. We went to our room upon check in and immediately asked if they could make the room cooler. The lovely attendant gave us a different room, which at first seemed cooler (lower level) but it was not. We had to go to a wedding.... it was tough getting ready... very warm. The tradeoff is that everything else about the hotel was great !! Such a magnificent setting...so beautiful!!
We stayed at Terre di Casole for 5 nights while discovering Tuscany by car. It is more modern than other places that we stayed and it had a restaurant in the same building. We were met with a complementary glass of Italian bubbly and pleasant staff. A very good breakfast and WIFI were included in the room rate. There is also a safe in the room. Although we had a balcony overlooking the pool, neither were used due to cooler than normal weather. The location is quite convenient to get to restaurants in the town if you don't mind walking about 5 minutes. There are lit sidewalks from the hotel into town.

It was an ok hotel. A bit weird feelking since there were only three guests staying in it.
