The location is ideal for walking around the city and for using public transportation. The hotel is very old and the rooms need updating. The mattresses badly need replacing. There are very few amenities in the rooms and in the facility itself. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. There is 1 coffee machine in the lobby and the hotel only provides Chewy bars. There is a vending machine for beverage including water. The gym is ok and there is a small business center. The rooms facing the street are very noisy throughout the night. Staying here is strictly for the location and given the room rates, the value is lacking.

Location is great close to subway. Some good restaurants nearby. Bell Boy OK and yet the reception staff some of whom was a bit outdated and not able to provide locations information. Room was ok except no coffee nor hot water and bath tub a bit old and worn out.

Bugs crawling all over the room. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation. Left immediately and went tonanother hotel. Waiting on reimbursement but not hilding my breath.

Not sure about the negative reviews but this place was great! Clean. Spacious and an awesome staff. It’s right by everything. The gym is a bit small but all in all I intend to stay again. We had zero issues and a great time.

The location was great! Walkable to do many places. The staff was friendly but impossible to get a hold of on the phone in your room. I got a constant busy signal. The rooms were what I expected so I had no complaints. They claimed to have upgraded my room but I’m not sure what that meant because it looked exactly like the one I reserved. If you’re facing the street, be prepared to be woken up by honks & trash pickups. The security deposit hold was not a hold on my account they actually charged my card and added tax to it. I have yet to receive it back & I checked out 5 days ago

Belvedere hotel. Helpful staff Clean room***
Very comfortable room, very good location, parking pricey, valet was $70.00 a day. I would book again but without a car. Enjoyed being on the upper floor. no coffee pot in the room, complimentary coffee downstairs from a machine.
