BelveDUMP - DO NOT STAY HERE
room NOT as shown online - outdated, dark & dingy, VERY few electrical oulets, CHEAP beds, 1st room smelled like URINE, NO A/C, RUDE front desk staff, RUDE maids who literally huffed bc she had to walk around us, ULTRA RUDE bellhops DEMANDING a tip AFTER yelling at us bc THEY did not communicate to their staff that we CANCELLED the ride to the airport. We called it the BelveDUMP! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in bulk containers that are seemingly refilled. While the concept is great, the dispensers were not cleaned and had mold and buildup that was not sanitary. It is preferable that those amenities are not included if the required upkeep is not viable.

This was a great stay. Got a lot of help from staff and everyone was very nice. Need easy water options for people staying in the hotel. Great tea and coffee options in the morning.

The hotel is located in a great location. A bit dated but it appears they are trying to update the rooms. The elevators during peak times were terrible.
