Excellent experience. Great location (wonderful dining options very close by), the property is attractive & well-maintained, & the staff were all exceptionally kind & attentive. I made good use of & appreciated the fitness center (the water dispenser in there is not adequate, though). The room was good (we liked the little “kitchen corner nook” & our city view). We would have preferred a coffee maker in the room, though. But all-in-all, we were very pleased & would definitely return. A great place!

They were doing construction beating, banging, sanding, using a jackhammer sounding device starting at 7AM one day and 8AM the next day, right next to our room, could not sleep at all, and this is a problem for people like us that work nights and get back to our hotel room at 5am. Spoke to the front desk and they explained that was normal work hours, it lasted ALL DAY. Not to mention we let the water run for 20 minutes and it barely even got warm, could not even shower, my wife called downstairs and they sent up a pair of "engineers" who said they were working on it, we had to leave and go stay at a different hotel after two days of no sleep and no hot water. No coffee maker in the room, internet was not capable of supporting a zoom meeting, oh and the refrigerator was a POS that fell over when you opened the door Zero stars for this place do NOT recommend

Elevators are slow. Hidden resort fees which are not good. Was not told this when booking. Not even a bar in the place and restaurant attached is closed all the time. They were doing construction so loud in the morning. They said breakfast free but charged in resort fee and only a tea or coffee and an energy bar. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Conveniently located with easy access to the subway and an abundance of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Quiet room on the 15th floor. Not the newest decor but all was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The hotel is worn, dirty, and front desk staff wasn't friendly. Also, my reservation on hotels.com didn't go through so i didn't have a reservation upon arrival. Ended up with a different room than was booked. A very noisy AC unit rounded out the stay and no coffee in the room.
