Friendly staff & the Best Location! Rooms and Old and need to be Refurbished. I stayed in Sicily for weeks and tried different hotels and rooms to rent, this was the best of a bad bunch! It very hard to find a good hotel in Sicily unless you spend Big Big Money! Hotels are so Overpriced in Sicily and you get very little for your money. Yes I would stay here again. Unfortunately there was no lift and the hostel in on the Top floor of a high building but if you are fit then that’s ok. I lost the room card and kindly they did not charge me ! The location of this hotel is excellent. I went back to my room to rest or refresh. Then I went out again. There is a cinema next door. The main department store is a block away.

Can't sleep, can't breethe
It can't be a 3 star hotel, simply can't. - the floor was dirty all the time, I think, tiles are crumbling. - one of the doors in the shower cabin was absent and therefore each shower created a little flood in the bathroom. - there was no soap. Only sachets with shampoo and shower gel so there was always mess on the sink due to gel spills. - AC didn't work. We arrived late on the first night and realized that it is more of a fan rather than an AC and spent a nightmare of a night simply roasted in the bed. We couldn't sleep, we couldn't breathe. - the next night we got a replacement for the AC (see on the picture) that roared like a ford Mustang from the 80-s and also prevented us from closing the door to the balcony (which happens to be to the main street). It was extremely loud due to the open door and we couldn't sleep still as the cooler also failed to cool the room down with the door open to the hot night. I also loved the touch with the bottle to collect the condensed water. It got filled every 2-3 hours and we woke to empty it and if we failed, then there was water all over the room. It was a torture, we were sleep depraved every night.

Hotel is directly across the street from airport bus stop. They moved me down the street from the actual hotel. It’s in front of a busy restaurant but I didn’t have any problem sleeping. Staff was friendly. Central and convenient location, can’t complain at the price.

Good Central Hotel in Catania
Friendly and helpful service. Safe situation and 24 hour reception. We were able to arrive early and leave our bags. Good sized rooms and en_suites. No tea making facility.

Unbeatable location, clean and comfortable rooms
The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work that well - unfortunately we didn't get the chance to raise the issue with staff as we only stayed one night and left very early in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again in future.

We got this hotel for a day trip to Catania. It was clean. The staff was friendly and let us check in at 8am. We just hung out in the room but didn't sleep there or shower. Don't open the window unless you want mosquitoes to have free reign!
