The staff were exceptionally helpful providing quality service! The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth it. I love the location and proximity to shopping malls, convenience stores and other dining/restaurant options. Would book a stay here again!

We stayed at the Dusit for about 8 days. The hotel is very nice! The staff out front are always welcoming, the lobby is massive, the brunch was VERY GOOD, room service all through the night was a great addition as well. I loved the fries. Lawson is across the street if you need drinks or snacks. Cross the street and there’s malls galore and food options. Definitely a good place to stay.

I would like to say that the staff over all was exceptional. The valet and security when you first arrive in the hotel was so helpful and caring with our luggages making us get in the hotel quick and fast. The front desk was informative and check in was easy and quick. The housekeeping was very hospitable. Every time we see one in the hallways we were greeted and they would always asked to let them know if we need anything from cleaning to things we need from the room. The buffet staff was WOW. I work food and beverage and this is the first time I've experienced from a self serve buffet were the bussers were so thoughtful and attentive that they would offer desserts and would grab some for you. Or if you're looking for anything they would grab it for you. It's a 5 star experience for the husband and I. The only downside from my experience at the hotel was the food. With all the 7 hotels we've stayed in this trip in the Philippines this is the worst one. There was no flavor and it was confusing. Like it was trying so hard to be different that it just turn confusing. I came to the Philippines to experience the filipino culture and it was not alot of options. They food that they did have was not that great. And you would say maybe bc it was the comp breakfast, no, we tried the dinner and it was a waste of money. I would recommend eating out in the Lawson across the street because their food actually had flavor.

Not bad. Room was decent size. King sized bed is a bonus. A little outdated... thermostat in the room didn't work right was my only serious conplaint. Its stated as 3 bars on premises. Which may be true but the one on the roof is a private club and we weren't allowed there. Unsure how membership is acquired.

Overall our stay is amazing, just the sound of noisy kids across the room reached us. There’s a water pitcher instead of complimentary water bottles BUT the pitcher cover was not clean so we didnt drink from it.

Need better airflow in the rooms.
Another beautiful stay. I have one major issue, he airflow in the rooms is terrible. The air con does not blow air around the room and there is no fan in the room. The air is stale and does not move in the room. This causes us to have to turn the air con up higher than we should have to.
