I was placed in an accessibility room where there was no door for the shower area. Water was all over. I asked for a change in room which was done, The next room had such a poor shower pressure. The room’s phone also did notwork. I had to go downstairs to request for someone to help me with my luggages to check out. The breakfast was lackluster. The friendly staff more than made up for these shortcomings. Thank you.

Location is good as it is in BGC. Near to restaurants. I was housed in tower A and my room look tied. One light in the bathroom was out and bedside light is flicking. Opened the curtains to let in natural light. Breakfast selection is good and was not so crowded as I went early. Waiting staff during breakfast was good. Very attentive. Not so good outside meal hours as there are less staff around and you have to wait a bit for your drinks and bill. Counter staff are efficient and friendly. Good place to stay overall but with the condition of the room, I think it is a bit overpriced. N
