The staff here was AMAZING! Front desk staff were always polite and helpfull, Bob was super friendly and offered us a wonderful local hike. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff we ran into were all friendly asking how we were and offering a smile. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very quiet.

It was clean and quiet. The staff we interacted with were very friendly but it seemed to be lightly staffed. To have a eating place with a better selection on site would have been nice plus our area of the complex didn’t have full elevator access, so even though they had carts for your luggage we still had to hand carry our stuff in.

Love staying at the Brian Head Lodge. The lodge has a very cozy vibe to rest and relax after a day in the outdoors. Perfect location for all your Brian head activities!

Average hotel nowadays. The AC unit froze over within the hotel room causing it to form ice condensation over the unit. Annoying to switch rooms at 11pm, but accidents happen. Looking rather run down.

Very nice hotel! Had a very nice elegant cabin feel to it. My only complaint is there wasn’t a folder or paper in the room with information about check-out time, pool hours, room service info, or info about activities to do in the area. Also the phone to call the front desk to ask those questions didn’t work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

There was a couple of issues. Nobody told us not to use the safe. I had my purse and medications in it. My husband and I couldn't get it open and the dront desk said we werent supposed to use it. None of them are working. By the grace of God i got it open. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. I also felt no privacy knowing you could see right in the room at night. No privacy curtains. Elevator didn’t work. I have a bad hip and Rheumatoid arthritis. It hard for me to go up stairs.Lastly my husband and i went to the dinner area and noone sat us. There was only one girl working the dinning area and basically one working the bar. The bar manager supposedly was doing other things. She looked right at my husband and I seeing we needed help. I guess customer service doesn't exist anymore. The bar tender kept telling us sorry sorry and even his boss which to me didn’t look busy at all. She was entertaining her friends. I believe the girl said she worked there cleaning the rooms and lives there. I normally never say anything, but I'm tired of paying lots of money for my husband and I to get away for a night or two and deal with crappy service.

I loved the price to service ratio. Very kids friendly, extremely nice staff. I didn't like that the property looked more run down than expected, and I had to remove dozens of flies every time before being able to step into the hot tub.
