We waited half hour after check in time before the room was ready. After a 4 hour drive we had tired kids and needed to lay them down for a nap before heading to family plans in the area that evening. When we asked why the room wasnt ready and the response was very uncaring "Its barley 3pm"

I was looking forward to staying in Cedar City. We were quite a bit disappointed in the room at Ramada because 1) it smelled of smoke-kind of like an old casino 2) the door to the bathroom had to be cut into so that you could open the door past the toilet. The sofa in our room was a bit sagging and old. I thought it would be a bit nicer, however, it was a less expensive hotel that I selected. The one good thing was the beds - they were very comfortable and it was just one night that we stayed there.

Not sure how I feel about the stay…
Everything seemed fine till I realized we slept in dirty sheets (hair and blood found on sheets. I made the front desk aware sent them pics upon their request she said she’d talk to house keeping and I asked they call me no one did. I will be calling a manager to talk further. Size of room was great. Spa was ok but didn’t seem clean, but i think it was stained and just needs updating. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant was good.

I like the facility, very friendly. I dislike that they do not provide a channel listing and the tv remote did not work, however the lady at the desk did get a replacement for me.

Could have a better toilet The free breakfast ended way too soon. Couldn’t comment on their breakfast because it was over before we could get there. Every bit a two star hotel. There was not a privacy curtain so we couldn’t open the drapes.
