El hotel ubicado en un bonito lugar, buena atencion al cliente. El restaurant precioso con vistas al lago y las montañas. Nos dieron un descuento parcial por una carne que pedimos medium y la trajero medium rare. En general un ambiente acogedor y un excelente servicio.

Simple hotel with a beautiful view! Quite a bit of a hike from the town center, but there are bus and taxi options if you aren't up for the walk. The included breakfast was a plus!

Albergo Ristorante Della Torre is one of the best places I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot). It has the basics you need, quiet rooms, and WONDERFUL staff. The restaurant was usually packed, especially on the weekends. We stayed for a long trip - this was “home base” for us as we travelled to other cities. By the end of our two weeks we (my mother and I) decided that we will always come back to Della Torre to stay at least a couple nights in the future. The view is gorgeous, beds comfy, and I just can’t gush enough about the staff. They were always SO helpful, and caring and so wonderful. The food was beyond amazing (we travelled to other cities in Italy and kept talking about how we missed the food here). We will 100% be booking another trip to come back and stay here.

The room visit was excellent, the service and cleanliness were excellent, but if you don't have transportation, it's very difficult to get a taxi, and the taxi is very expensive. Just to get to the hotel, it's about a 5-minute drive and you'll pay about $60. You can walk if you like, it's about 20 minutes. The descent is fine, but the climb will be very tiring.

Everything was great until we realized it was not the room we reserved. The room was half the size. The next morning they were cleaning the one room we reserved and paid for. We told the morning manager but she didn’t seem to care much and blamed an electronic glitch. Out of all the places we reserved , it was the only one we had an issue with. The staff was very friendly but the manager was not very friendly. About parking, good luck. The staff parks at the free spots and the manager tells you to go park in paying car park and tells you to wake up for 8 am and go pay….i am more annoyed paying extras for the large room and seeing someone else got it. Small hotel so you reserve and pay for the actual room you reserve. I wish they refunded me a portion for the inconvenience because some paid less and got our large room.

This was a charming little hotel. Staff weee very helpful. Room was a bit small but nice enough. The ability to open the window was very nice. Breakfast was really good - had the best cappuccino ever!

This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food, served by incredibly hospitable waiters. Breakfast in the morning had a range of pastries , fresh yogurt, cereal and fruits. The lady at breakfast was pleasant and friendly- such exceptional service. I have made myself a promise to bring my family to Lake Come one day and will certainly be booking this incredible hotel. To the staff and all involved with the restaurant and hotel, thank you for the wonderful experience.

We had such an amazing stay! We were in room 10, which has a perfect view of lake como. The rooms are simple but they have everything you could need. The walk to the property from the main bus stop in Cernobbio is no joke with a suitcase. It is a hard walk but it is so worth it! Or maybe worth getting a taxi from town! The restaurant downstairs is incredible! The food and service was perfect. We felt so welcomed and taken care of.
