Great stop over hotel, terrible service!
Check in was really poor. Hotels.com did not provide a hotel reference number, therefore when arriving out of hours we had great difficulty retrieving our room code. I called ahead a few days before to explain we would be arriving late, so was aware of the automatic check in, but after 20 mins of trying we had to call the on call staff member. I don't think I've ever met someone quite as rude as her. She was very angry, snapped at us and almost threw the confirmation at us when we were finally able to get into the reception. I have to say though, despite the terrible service the hotel was clean, sufficient for our needs and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Had we arrived during regular hours and not been faced with the angriest woman in France, I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough.

Nice, modern and clean hotel, ideal for an overnight stopover. Doesn't have its own restaurant for evening meals, but within easy walking distance of a few.

Easy access and great stopover
Great stopover on the way South. Easy to find, just off the motorway and very close to three restaurants. Clean, good value and friendly staff. Highly recommended, we would certainly use again.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. We were travelling with dog and cat and they were made welcome. Room was very small, no desk space or anywhere to put your suitcase.

Wonderful beds, really comfortable Spotless everywhere Great shower We will return next time we travel this way!! ONLY PROBLEM The directions are useless!!!! The address does not exist according to our sat nav and I phone Further guidance needed for first time visitors. We went round the houses to find it. Thank goodness we arrived in daylight!!!!!!

Ski transit stopover
Stopped overnight en route to Tignes for ski holiday. Great hotel, cheap but clean and comfortable. Not far from motorway and plenty of resteraunts near by.

Very small room
The hotel is situation on a large retail park and there is a good selection of restaurants. The check in was quick and the receptionist spoke good English but did not explain how to acess the wifi system. I had thought i had booked a room with a double bed but we were allocated a twin bedded room we didnt query this as we were only staying 1 night but on reflection we should have requested a double bed The room was very small and tne 2 beds had what at first appeared to be a waredrobe between them, this stopped you having a clear view of the other person. The waredrobe was actually a 3rd bed and if this has been put down the room would have been impossibly small and you would have to get into bed from the foot of the bed. The hanging was 4 coathangers rail so that the clothes hung parallel and against the wall. There was a very narrow shelf at a higher level but this was too small to take clothes, there was no where to store other clothes. The room was clean. In contrast the ensuite could have been made slightly smaller without compromising the space which would have given slightly more room in the bedroom. The shower was good and the ensuite was far better than the sleeping area. Breakfast was included in the price and this was of a reasonable quality. It was the usual continental breakfast and perfectly adequate. They did not have any decaffeinated coffee. Carparking was good. For 1 night its adequate but it would have to be cheap or the only room available
