This property is amazing. The oceanfront bungalow was definitely the right choice for us. Staff here is great, helpful & friendly. We are already booked for a return trip and havent even left Lahaina yet!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Lahaina. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The grounds was very maintained and beautiful. Walking distance to the beautiful beach was the best.

I’ve been staying at Royal Lahaina for 45 years!
We love Royal Lahaina! Only downside to this trip, the Maine pool was closed due to being redone. We didn’t really care though, because they have the best beach ever!!!!

Here’s a refined version that brings out the key points: I recently stayed at the Royal Lahaina Resort, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, I encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The service was consistently poor throughout my visit. After a long flight, the check-in process was slow and disorganized, despite having completed an online check-in in advance. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit by an unpleasant odor of mold and humidity that lingered throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax or even breathe comfortably. The room’s design, while visually appealing, was flawed, particularly with the placement of the air conditioning unit. It was positioned so poorly that it either blasted cold air directly onto the bed or left the rest of the room unbearably warm. This made it impossible to find a comfortable temperature, leading to a restless night and, ultimately, my entire family feeling unwell the next day. The overall cleanliness of the room was also lacking. The linens were heavy, and the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Super convenient location! The beach is really nice, there are two cute coral reefs in a walking distance. The beach walk is really useful for runners and just to stroll along the shore. There are two pools in that hotel, one has warm water. A lot of water activities are offered by property but sometimes it feels overpriced. But overall we loved it.
