My experience at the Cambria Hotel was average. For a beautiful property I was not expecting to have to run the tap water in order to get the shower to heat up. The AC system stopped working in the room, and when I texted them asking for towels, we never got them and asked a housekeeper for a few to which she rolled her eyes and reluctantly passed them over. I will however say, when we brought this to the front desk's attention, they switched us to a new room and it was 10x better, the water was actually hot and the AC worked perfectly. The front desk staff always acknowledged us with a smile and a hello or have a good day. The property itself had good parking, and was in a great location, 20 minutes or less from any activity, the airport, or a decent restaurant.
