Four bedrooms and three bathrooms with renovated kitchen, family room and covered porch and new master suite. Pictures of updated property at renovation completion available in April 2020. Kitchen is has leathered granite, Wolf stove, and banquette. Family room is large and has new gas fireplace and large windows. Master has brand new bath with luxury tile shower, standing tub two closets with laundry facility. Plenty of parking available. Great restaurants and retail walking distance (5 min) and best bagel shop in Charlotte in town (Poppys Bagels and More) very close to the house. Neighborhood is great for morning run or walk prior to the Convention activities.
