The toilet seat had dried urine on it. There was a long black hair on the sink counter near the soap tray and water faucet. Splatter spot on lamp base on night stand next to bed. And noise like someone jumping off of bed in room above and running across the room. We have never experienced any of this before in other stays.

I had prepurchased my room, upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available. It took about 45 minutes to get in a room. The shower is not so great. I also found several long hairs in the sink

Rooms not sound proof
The rooms are not completely sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and had a neighbor directly above us that was walking back and forth making a lot of noise late at night keeping us from sleep. We could also hear the neighbors in one of the rooms directly next to us talking and keeping us up.
