I rented 10 rooms and they were all infested with bedbugs. I returned the rooms two days early and they did not refund the money. The manager does not understand the reasons and refused to refund the money for the 2 days that were missing and that we paid in advance for 10 rooms. We lost $1,500 dollars plus medical costs and medicines for our employees. I am trying to find a lawyer and have the hotel closed.
We were in one of the rooms in the back of the building. Many cars came through to an adjacent room throughout the night. It looked like drug deals were going down. Loud shouting and horns honking kept us up most of the night. It was terrible. They needed a security guard. The security lighting was not effective in the hidden area in the back of the building. I’ll never stay in another Red Roof Inn.
Hello good afternoon I wanted to let you know that I think I left my company card in the room, I don't know how to get it back since I am in your Carolina at the moment and it will take me a while to get there again.
I don't know if I can send someone to pick it up anything is pending for a message my number is 843 460 43 96 96 the same one that seems registered
We arrived to a filthy room, the sheets were dirty, the shower was disgusting. They did not offer to switch rooms only gave us “clean” sheets that we had to put on ourselves. When we requested the refund the Indian man at the desk starting yelling at us saying we were lying. He even yelled at my teenage daughter when she calmly told him to lower his voice. Would not recommend!

Better than expected
This place seemed a little sketchy at first and I was wary. Inside it was really pretty clean and updated (other than the shower). We are very low-key minimalist people so it had what we needed and little else.

My room was great, clean, and was truly a nonsmoking room.
My event got canceled and I tried to cancel my room and get a refund but Red Roof Inn are a bunch of criminals and would rather steal money from people than provide good customer service. I will never stay at one of their places ever in the future I will never use hotels.com ever again because both absolutely suck at customer service.
