The check in/out kiosk did not work well. The person at the registration counter admitted that the kiosks work 50% of the time. That was frustrating. The young woman who then helped us check in was confused about how much parking would cost.

Hotel is starting to show its age. Asked if I wanted to pay for an upgrade to a bigger bed with pillow top mattress. I paid for the upgrade and then received the standard room. Be aware there is also a $50 resort fee at check in.

The air conditioning need maintenance.
Everything good less the air conditioner. They need maintenance. Air conditioning consoles need maintenance. They were extremely dirty. I don't smoke and I only had a beer, I say this for the next thing I'm going to say. From the first day I started a brutal nasal cogestion and I'm not exaggerating. At the end of my stay I ended up with a cold. Since I came for Adele's concert, I won't be able to sing. But at least, the treatment at check-in was good.

When we arrived in the room there was broken furniture. During our stay the sinks wouldn't drain and when we asked to have them fixed, they never were. They did offer to move us rooms but wasn't feasible due to the room already being decorated for my daughter's 21st birthday. Management did offer a food voucher and late checkout, but the overall experience was not worth the money we paid.

Alma who works on the 14th floor in District is soooo good at making sure the rooms are nice and clean. Also there is a certain green spray/disinfectant that she uses to clean Loveeee the smellll Also love the kiosk machines here

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel has a very strong smell of cigars that follow you from the casino all the way to your room. Room was clean, carpet was not. They really need to do something about the smell. Other big hotels on the strip do not suffer from this.

I liked that it had a huge casino with lots of bars, and the promenade which was nice for people watching,entertainment, and restaurants.
