The room was dirty and had a smell. We were only there to sleep one night so, no complaint was made. Breakfast was very very slim and there was no coffee when I went down and no creamer options. I hope they are in the process of renovations because the location was amazing for going to the Bank of America stadium.

Property needed alot of maintenance, elevator down, baggage carts MIA or broken, most of the outlets in the room were loose, side door not locked & wires hanging out where a keypad had been, many breakfast items out of stock, staff @ desk unable to figure out how to split bill & charged full price to both cards, couldn't refund the excess charges and then couldn't get a return call to straighten it out for almost a week.

Stated that they offered shuttle service to/from airport. Had to pay a taxi/Uber both ways. First assigned room was uncleaned with used towels and dirt on counters and floors. Second assigned room was acceptable with clean towels and sheets. Still dirt on counters and floors.
