Shabby but clean. Needs corporate attention.
Plus: Housekeeping does their job well. Bed comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Problems needing to be corrected by corporate: Inaccurate advertising on size of room. Closet was a freestanding broom closet sized wardrobe. Small dresser. Window shades dirty from use. Bed frame parts stuck out on each side of bed. Shower very small, a low lip pan for a shower floor and curtain. Water spilled out all over the bathroom floor. Back of wood door is rotted from water damage. Wallpaper dirty. Baseboard shorn off in a corner. Keycard worked inconsistently. TV channels didn’t match guide. I did not receive what I paid for. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again. The one big plus is housekeeping does their best given the shabby appearance that corporate needs to address.

Despite having a valid credit card on file the hotel cancelled my reservation and told me it was my fault when I showed up. I slept in my office and cancelled the rest of my trip. Will never stay there again.

Loved the staff here, they deserve a raise. Location is perfect. Right in the heart of wall street. Room was comfortable and clean. Only downside is the bathroom door would not shut.
