Didn’t meet my expectation for a Hampton. I stay at Hamptons because I generally find consistent quality for cleanliness, breakfast, facility and staff. This Hampton was not clean; needed remodeling, staff used profanity in first floor Housekeeping room, typically Hamptons have golden raisins and sliced almonds for oatmeal which they didn’t. Ceiling tiles missing at entrance, trash in planters, light in room was leaning, tile grout kind of gross and even the cookies were not good. Sorry, it’s just wasn’t as good as typical Hampton Inns.

We chose this hotel over 4 other ones because of the outdoor pool. When we checked in, we were told pool was closed because it hadn’t been inspected. We were not notified by anyone about this. The weather was 94 degrees and higher. If I would of been notified, I would of stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is older and in need of some updating. The bathroom and shower had a smell, and it just wasn’t up to normal standards for Hampton Inn. The pool was closed, and overall, I would not choose to stay at again.
