Great location for what we had planned for the weekend. Staff super friendly and helpful Breakfast was outstanding TV kept turning on during the night Indoor air condition quite load so couldn’t leave on during the night and then the room would get too hot for a comfortable sleep.

We were staying in the Rydges hotel for 3 nights. It was good and comfortable stay. Only a bit slow lifts; 2 of 3 were working and people were waiting for up to 7 mins to get in. Stuff at the reception desk could be a bit more friendly.

We had just flown in on an overseas night flight, hadn't had any sleep and asked if it were possible yo grt an early check in. The duty manager was so rude and said " nobody gets a room until 3pm", We felt like we had been scalded! He should not be in hospitality! Would not come back to this hotel because of him.
