Property is old. The hotel lobby, elevator and rooms smell bad. Says none smoking but the whole property smells like cigarettes. The shower had a big hole in the bottom(don’t mean the drain)

This hotel should be closed. It looks like it is falling apart and stinks. We left immediately and did not even set our stuff down. Nothing clean. 10/10 reviews must be Ai generated. Stay away.

The room in this hotel is completely uninhabitable for both humans and animals. It is not worth even $10. I have photos that clearly show the room’s poor condition, and the smell inside is unbearable.

Questionable characters hanging around (prostitute?), dilapidated, toilet leaking water on floor with every flush, stained sheets, no kleenex, no splash guard around shower door to keep water from spraying all over bathroom floor, someone tried to open our hotel room door at about 3am......you get what you pay for.

Stayed here due to a 1 am flight late arrival for one night. Wow, what a ghetto experience. Never again. Charlotte as a city has went downhill terribly. This place even asked for a smoking deposit, when i told them i never smoke, period. Disgusting experience.
