Guests must have been chain smoing in their rooms, because the entire hotel wreaked. Our balcony room door was wide open when we entered our room, obviously to help with the smell- which we had to leave open all night to sleep.

We have gone to this hotel every year for maybe 8 years now and it’s becoming really run down. The room was pretty clean but we couldn’t open the window because the screen had a hole and was hanging off. The pool area needs many repairs and is a safety hazard. No money seems to be put back into the hotel for repairs or updates. Many years after Covid and still no breakfast.

Great room for the value. We only were staying for the night and left in the morning. Great access to the lake and beach. For some reason they didn’t have any breakfast served which was one of the reasons we booked

Check-in was very easy. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the hotel. Overall, the room was very clean beds were comfortable. We also got upgraded in our room. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great value. It’s situated right on the beach with nice views of the bridge and Island. Spend a few extra bucks and get a room with a balcony and lake view. People who have left negative reviews on this hotel are misguided fools in my opinion. Just sayin😎

So this place hypes their watermark, what a disappointment! The slide is out of service, it doesn’t look like the pool or kiddie area was cleaned in years! The lazy river was worse! Such a disappointment!
