Very hard working staff to make sure that you are well taken care of, from the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff, to the housekeeping staff. They were on it and made our stay great! Not my first time here and I will be back again. Keep up the Great work

Door wall heavy and screen torn and off track, moved us to another room bigger brighter which was nice but again couldn’t leave door wall open sticking, and torn screen.

Over priced for the condition of the room. Smelled of mildew and mold. Water in the bathroom wouldnot shut off all the way. Toilet didn't flush properly. Lots of gnats in the room, we were swatting at them the whole time of our stay.

Very outdated. Looked beautiful outside but inside was a completely different story. Housekeeping kept bags of dirty laundry and garbage everywhere along hallways lining them up the entire length. Several housekeepers in hallway but no one moved them . Very unattractive and I’m sure not healthy either. Not a good impression . Place just gave us a bad vibe.

This is a really big hotel. The breakfast is not run efficiently, we skipped it, long lines and running out of food, no staff around to fill. There was a crew Jack hammering concrete right outside our room until 10pm. Beachside room had people right outside the door wall.

The pool was clean and open late. Bedroom was ok, bathroom lacked cleaning, breakfast offered was a hotel breakfast nothing special, and the lines were very unorganized. Adults cutting in front of kids to make waffles, adults making 5 or 6 waffles for their families. The waffle process took 45 minutes

Hotel is was clean and the staff was very helpful, gave great recommendations, and was friendly. For a three star hotel, it could have used some updates (facet was dripping in bathroom, screen door to balcony was ripped and hard to slide) and decor was old. Despite the cosmetics, the stay was comfortable.

Hotel could be gorgeous, but it desperately needs more staff & $ to update. Staff was super friendly, helpful. It wasn't properly cleaned - not enough staffing to do deep cleaning - like getting all the bugs, bathroom fan, porch etc. Stunning views & breeze, would have been incredible for morning coffee, but kept patio shut bc of bugs (marsh level bugs on the 4th floor? Dead & alive.)

Was very clean, but water temp in the shower did not work. It was extremely hot or extremely cold. No in between. When you tried to adjust it either way it only decreased the pressure but didn't change the temperature.
