GrandView #306 is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. FIREPLACE NOT CURRENTLY FOR GUEST USE. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great location
Beautiful view, great location, great pool/dock situation. Everything was as advertised. The only critique I have is that the AC in the family room isn’t enough to cool the bedroom which is in back (even with the bedroom door open) so it was warm sleeping at night. This was Memorial Day so it was bearable, but might be a bigger issue in summer. We tried leaving the window open but there weren’t screens on the window so we were trading heat for bugs. Besides that this place was perfect!
