Staff needs annual training because some of them cant even give you correct directions on how to get to the pool or how late the pool is open. Also the televisions need to be replaced they are soo old its crazy and half of them dont want to turn on at all. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options.

My husband and I love staying here when we come to Brighton to visit friends. Friendly, clean, best breakfast included, dog friendly. We don’t usually bring our fur babies, but if we wanted too, we would. Close to Target, Panera and downtown shops and restaurants. Conveniently located by expressways.

Pleasant stay.
Overall the hotel/staff were great. The only negative I am say is the it seems to be a little bit on the older side and seems to have been updated once and is getting to the point where it needs to happen again on some minor things. That being said, it was clean, welcoming and VERY quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

The suite I stayed in was true to all of the specifications I found about it online before choosing to book. The rooms were perfect in size, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Bright Idea
This was an eye opener for us. 1sdt time in a H.S. Everything was great. Staff extremely friendly, rooms very clean, comfortable beds, tons of room in a suite w/ king bed. VERY quiet at night in room. Multiple entrances to accommodate close to elevator to where room located. Room cards worked good. Ice machine on each floor. Had a exercise room.Multiple food options fro later in day. Cold and frozen options. Easy on and off interstate. Plenty of shopping, dining in area close. City was clean! Breakfast was hot, different selection daily. Hot tub good. Shower was good, plenty of hot water and pressure decent for 3rd floor. We would recommend this facility to anyone visiting Brighton Mi. area.

Quite a large hotel, a lot of walking to get from elevator to the room and back. I booked a room with the snacks and drinks only to find neither in my room. I had to ask and was told it was just a $10 credit at the vending area. 🙄 The whole hotel is quite outdated. Bed was hard as a rock also.

Dirty and rude
They dont clean room every day however said upon check in if you need anything call. When i called got a very rude man who seemed botheted and angry. The sink in bathroom was broken. The walls had cracks. The furniture had stains and it smelled like Marijuana on our floor.
