I found the staff extremely kind and helpful. They were quick to respond to any needs and requests we had during our stay. They would usually come to the room within a 5-7 minutes of placing a call. It's definitely a good choice for traveling with kids when you have no plan to rent a car nor bring a stroller. The hotel is conveniently located, walkable to department stores, malls, restaurants and amusement park & aquarium. The room is fairly small but overall clean and neat. It is obviously not the newest one and we had a leak under the sink in the room we stayed. It did not bother us. What we liked the most was the variety of food options upstairs, within the same building.
