The hotel has a centric location for close-by places of tourist attractions like the main-street of Myeongdong shopping, walking-distance or easy subway access to the Gyeongbok-gung palace, etc. Although, they would need to improve their cleaning system because of the issue of the dust in the curtains and A/C ducts. We had dust related allergies during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrew, we would absolutely consider coming back and staying here in the near future.

On our first day the air conditioner was broken. They had it fixed while we were on your the next day. The elevator took a long time to arrive even though there were supposedly 4 elevators in the whole building. The wait times were long every day.

Booking here was the result of a previous booking at another hotel falling thru. It was easy to book with Lotte thru Expedia and upon arrival the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and the cleaning staff were thorough. Located within a 5 min walk from Isadong, we enjoyed many walking excursions. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location with a metro stop in front. 2 minutes from all the great restaurants, markets and some cool shops. Staff was very accommodating. Front desk would coordinate a taxi and communicate with the driver destinations. Rooms comfortable with all the amenities. Highly recommend.
