This hotel was close to Myeongdong shopping area. We were able to walk to some attractions nearby. The bathroom did not seem to have a fan, so there was a damp mildew smell.

The hotel smells nice whenever you arrive and the doors open. The staff especially the concierge man on the ground floor is nice. The rooms are clean and every day the cleaner made our rooms up and kind enough to leave extra cups for wine. The convenience of a 7-11 on ground level as well as a coffee shop within the building made it so easy! The Saffron restaurant had very Delicious food however the service was very slow and apologetic for the wait. Starbucks is in the next block over.

While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect.

Room was ok and clean. Huge laundry area with 4 washer and 4 dryers. Ironing facilities is also available. Close to a train station and very close to the airport shuttle bus. Lotte hotel is obviously better but Lotte city is more reasonable in cost.
