The property is well kept, clean and rooms a good size and service is very good from all my staff encounters. The room temperature was too hot for my comfort and could not be made cooler due to central heating. The windows can't be opened either We had breakfast in the hotels cafe on top floor, it was basic and I would not recommend eating the breakfast at the hotel due to limited selection and not appetizing food overall Hotel was in great location, close enough to Myen-dong area but not right in middle so it's not too busy. Lots of options for food and cafe near hotel and accessible to airport limo (3min walk) and subway

The lifts are dark and the room is not lit properly with no downlights in the middle of the room, and it is a bit dark for night. I also do not expect construction excauating work starting early in the mornings which disturbed my sleep. I was only told on arrival when i check in that it would happen. It was disappointing, as if they told me before i would have find another place.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Lotte City Hotel in Myeongdong. Staff were friendly and helpful and I like the facility. The area is close to shopping areas and transportation is very accessible. They also helped us take a cab going to the airport. Overall experience was very good.

Firstly, I like the location which it is situation near to Myeongdong Shopping Street, and it is also very convenient, as it is a short walking distance to Euljiro(3)station. The hotel facility and the room are clean, neat, organized and tidy . Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them speaks fluent english, and they are very initiative. Hotel breakfast taste great, food are freshly served every morning, and the staff greeted us warmly in the winter of 6.30am in each morning.

The location was great. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was done whenever you request for it. The only problem is the room temperature which we could not control. Because it was winter they deactivate the AC and only Heating option is available.
