It’s a good option for getting around. However, it’s quite expensive for what it is, a 4-star property. It seems more suited to the bottom end of a 4-star property. The breakfast was disappointing. As a tip, don’t pay for breakfast throughout your stay. Just try it if it suits you, and then pay on-site. Otherwise, you’re getting a mediocre average breakfast setup for what it seems.

Great Hotel Experience

Great location walkable to everything. The staff is fantastic, so helpful with many recommendations and their English is flawless. Lotte City Hotel is reason enough to revisit Seoul. I look forward to staying here again.

Family travel with only one room.

Clean rooms. Great showers and the tub shower combination was large. One mirror near plug outlet was in bathroom only so getting ready at the same time as others was more difficult. Breakfast bar was excellent 6:30-10:00 am on the 27th floor, with a beautiful view of the city. Great coffee shop opens as 7:00 am. Delicious baked goods. Must visit coffee shop in alley way near GS25 store. Good location for Palaces and subway. Hotel staff was A+..last thing. Use Uber for travel works well and quite reasonable in cost $6-$13 for most trips.

The hotel has a great location with walkable food options and entertainment. The room is modern and neat. The only downside is that i was not able to make the A/C colder. I guess it was because of winter, but the room was hot during the night which made it difficult for me to sleep. Also the breakfast option was very limited for the price. The only American option where the eggs. While I understand it was Korea, you shouldn’t say it is an American breakfast.
