This is a very nice hotel. It’s in the middle of the busy are in Myeongdong close to the palaces. Many restaurants near by and the subway stations are walking distance. 100% coming back to Korea and staying at Lotte hotel

The location was pretty central and most places were within walking distance, the bus lines and subway were very accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable though when I booked, I thought I selected a room with 2 beds but when we checked in, the concierge said they didn’t have rooms like that. That was disappointing. The coffee shop outside the entrance to the hotel was very good and convenient.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. They all speak good English. Really appreciate the information on sightseeing, train to the airport, shopping, and dinner options. The room is clean. Hopefully the hotel will be renovated soon (i.e. there is no USB port and the bathroom is a bit outdated).

Nice hotel within walking distance of many tourist attractions. My room was comfortable with a nice view, and the hotel staff was professional & friendly. Dining choices are a bit limited, and it is difficult to find a place to enjoy a cocktail. The hotel was reasonably priced however, and I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong in Seoul.
