The property was nice. I found out after i checked in that i could have joined their rewards program and saved on my stay, but when i attempted to do this i was told by the clerk that she wasn't sure if i could do it. Well, i didn't get a discount, which in my opinion is a bad way of handling new business.

It was too loud. We were constantly hearing noise from steps and people in the corridors. Toilet got clogged during the night and the room telephone doesn't even work. Will not stay here anymore.

I think they don't clean when people leave the hotel, I found 2 beer caps on the bed under the blanket, I stayed 3 days and they didn't clean it, they didn't change the towels for clean ones. I won't be going back.

Good place to stay
It’s a small hotel in a small town. The location is very convenient for going to the great smoky mountains national park and Asheville. Room is clean and relatively new. It’s quiet at night. Free breakfast is included. Plenty of free parking on site.

I do wish it had an indoor pool but we really enjoyed the safe and comfortable feeling of the property. Everyone was nice and helpful, we will consider staying there again if we are in the area.
