I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was friendly. And the room was clean. I loved the cookies, they were delicious. I read some of the reviews and they weren’t very positive. But I can say I enjoyed my stay and I would come back.

It was one of the workers vacuum the hallway at 7:30 AM. I actually had to go and ask him to stop because it was too early for that. I tried to call downstairs, but the phone wasn’t working.

On its way to being really nice
The hotel was in the midst of renovation. I received a non-renovated room which was a bit shabby. However the bed appeared to be new and was comfortable and there was a large tv. I think this will end up being a great place once it is completely renovated. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Walking in the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very nice. The lounge area was clean and organized. Unfortunately though the hotel room was motel quality. Wallpaper peeling, holes in the wall, stains on the carpet, stains on the curtains, paint splatters, dirty windows, dirty tub, broken mirror, poor AC/Heat, ice machine was dirty, door was jammed every time, room was changed even though I had booked it over a month prior, river view wasnt as nice as expected. This isnt the first Double Tree ive stayed at with almost all the same issues.
