Reception staff Ryan and Jack and the morning staff were very helpful.I was moved to another room because the tv was not working.I was also given a free breakfast.Thanks Bed was great. tv worked in new room. I do have to say though and it is possible covid nose is to blame but the last two times I have stayed at Moxy the bathrooms have smelt a little off.I am a totaly damp expert or plumbing attack dog so it might be worth looking at, but otherwise great.No offence.

Handy hotel
Nice and close to the center of town, but still very quiet. Good comfy bed, only down side room was very warm and couldn't adjust the air-conditioning!

The room itself was nice but smallish. There was a comfortable bed and hair dryer which was great. No refrigerator for left overs or snacks from the grocery store (there is a grocery store next door). If you want the hotel breakfast, prepay for it or else you will be charged a lot for it. All in all, I'd recommend the Moxy.

Brilliant stay, Keith was amazing 👏, attentive, helpful such a wonderful man made my stay, breakfast was good lots of variety, hotel clean, warm and very quiet, room 300 great view of river, fab shower, so close to centre, parking was 10 25 on site for 24 hours , no issues lots of space, definitely coming back

What a Superb Hotel!
The Moxy is a fabulous hotel which is located in such a convenient position. It is walking distance to the centre of town, near to the train station and not far from the Live Rooms where we had booked to see a band. All the staff were cheerful, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dave on Reception was a really friendly & helpful chap who enabled us to check in early, this was a real bonus, giving us ample time to enjoy Chester before our concert. The Hotel is modern, well thought out and spotlessly clean. Our room was excellent, again immaculate, spacious, really well organised and appointed. Everything appeared to be brand new. The bed, the pillows and crisp sheets were so comfortable, we slept really well. The breakfast alternatives were the best we have ever experienced at a UK Hotel. As well as the all the English Breakfast and Continental Breakfast ingredients, there were a lot of fruit and yoghurt choices including Soya Yoghurts, soft creamy Granola Fruit Pots & even a jug of Berry Smoothie. Many healthy options to choose from. Even the hot drinks machine had various selections of coffee as well as a tap for hot water. Should we visit Chester in future, we would definitely book there again.
