The gal working the overnight on 10/27 thru Monday 10/28 was not your greatest asset. She was dismissive when checking out as i asked for a receipt for my stay and she said we don’t do that. Is this the only hotel that does not give a receipt when $300 was charged? Not a good plan! She needs to get a different career!

The front desk attendant was so friendly and checked me in no problem. We chose the accessible room and it had everything I needed for my specific disability. And it was very comfortable for my partner, my dogs, and myself.

Due to construction, it appeared that all entrances were closed and I had to call and was told to go around a “Road Closed” sign. Once I was there, everything was mostly fine. If you want dogs to toilet in a specific area, it should be better lit so handlers/owners can see poop piles to pick up.

It is ok but the person in front desk did not know well which room to assign us. It was necessary to change us to another room. Also the air conditioning was blowing in the curtains so it was difficult to keep them closed.
