レバーの清掃が出来ていない。そもそもカラン周りの複雑さがわけわからないので、シャワーを浴びようと色々いじくり回すのではないでしょうか。ホテル側では仕組みがわかっている分利用者の行動が見えずおそらく清掃する方も手抜きではなく見えていないので漏れが発生するのかなと思いました。別のホテル建設の際は別の水周りを検討した方が良いと思います。コストもあるでしょうが利用側はシンプルイズベストかと。
