Really enjoyed this location and the vibrant west loop neighborhood. The rooms are a little sparse but comfortable. We enjoyed rooftop cinema and lounge while there for a wedding.

I booked my room to celebrate a dear friends wedding only to break my wrist over the weekend. Fortunately, I was able to extend my stay at the Emily, especially because of Leo! He was so kind and helpful after I spend an exhausting day at the emergency room. Service matters and I got great service from everybody. I encountered there. I’ll be back and thank you so much!

This was a great place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. It had an industrial vibe that we enjoyed. Also close to lots of walkable restaurants in a cute area of the city.

Above and beyond bad experience. Told the front desk for a room far away from the elevators, but got one right in front of an elevator. Window faces what looked like an abandoned shady industrial building that’s like feet away. AC was loud with ever changing temperature. Interior feels dirty and gloomy.
