Very old building. Not friendly front desk. Housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9 am (2 full hours before check out time) so loudly it sounded like the feds. Hard beds and poor shower pressure. Not hotel’s fault but train noise by south tower made it impossible to rest during the day.

The South tower where we stayed was a little shabby. I'm not sure a out the other areas or if they are working on it but the lobby looked nice. The restaurant breakfast food tasted & looked like it was frozen and microwaved.

Got to the hotel and had to wait a solid 5 minutes along with other guests while the front desk workers were not at the front desk. The instructions to get to the room were basically take the elevator and good luck. First of all, and least important, is the room is incredibly outdated. Yes, I understand it is an old hotel, but the hotel doesn’t try to use that charm, it’s covered with styles I imagine were picked out in the very early 2000’s and haven’t been touched since. The TV was embarrassingly bad, might as well not be in the room. It’s fuzzy and again, a super old tv with terrible reception to channels. There was no wash cloth. The walls are PAPER thin. We could hear either construction or room service at 7:30 AM. Granted, we are on vacation and by no means want to be up that early, but we were. And thankfully we were woken up by the unnecessarily loud housekeeping music playing from the other rooms in the hall, because someone tried to enter our room at 9 am! I was in the bathroom and had to hurry to get to the door before she opened it. When I opened asking why she was knocking she pointed at her wrist to a hypothetical clock that had us supposed to be out of there. We left shortly after because we were already woken up and by this point I’m just over this experience. As we’re going to the checkout I had already made up my mind that this experience was terrible but it was topped off by the worked who said “okay, that’s all” when we said we were checking out.0/10
