The stay was fine, the only complaints is no refrigerator. Bad decision to take those out. And there cannot be much insulation. I heard everything that went on in the room next door. The people was loud all night and early in the morning.

Didn't like no fridge in room. Walls seemed pretty thin. I could hear people talking in other rooms. Room service ended very early, the same time food was done being served in restaurant and bar. Doesn't seem to be any point having it. Good cookies

The hallway was very noisy when guests being loud slamming doors running from room to room until 11 pm. Someone opened my door twice in an attempt to come in without knocking. I had the security latch on and that’s what stopped them. No explanation from front desk just apologized. I would not stay there again.

I ordered a room with a king bed and pull out couch bed. The bed on the couch was broken. The bed in the room was only a Queen. There was suppose to be enough room for 5 people but only 2 towels and wash cloths. No pillows for the pull out bed and when we requested more blankets and pillows they never came. Asked for extra towels and they didn’t come. I caught the housekeeper in the hall for the towels. It was really really busy at check in and the poor gentleman was alone at the desk. He was doing his very best to help everyone he just did not have time to address everyone’s concerns.

The whole stay was perfect. Staff welcoming and attentive. Food pantry in lobby. Full bar with light menu, restaurant with varied menu. Morning buffet was extensive and delicious. My favorite was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also had gym. Beautiful lobby. Rooms large and comfortable.

We spent a night here for our daughter’s birthday party. She wanted a hotel pool party. We got 2 adjoining rooms. There were zero complaints from anyone. The only things that I would say is something they could improve on is updating the rooms and the pool/whirlpool area. The rooms were fine. Clean, comfortable, enough space for a nice hotel party. They just felt like I time-traveled to 1996 with the vibe. The pool/whirlpool area had tile that got very slippery and had no grip. Then the bottom of the pool and whirlpool was extremely gritty and sharp. One child skinned her toe while swimming. That should be something to focus on.
